• Non-chill filtered and undiluted (“uncut”) at bottling, ensuring full intensity of flavour and texture.

Tasting Profile:

• Nose: Bold with cracked black pepper, clove, toasted oak, vanilla bean, and bright orange oil. 

• Palate: Full-bodied and rich — waves of rye-grain spice, cinnamon bark, nutmeg, with hints of leather, tobacco leaf, dried fruit (fig/plum) and dark chocolate. 

• Finish: Long and dry, dominated by lingering rye spice, charred oak, unsweetened tea and a warm heat that remains.
