We accept all returns of wine, spirits and beer for full refund or store credit if all of the below apply:

  •  The return is within 30 days of the purchase date as per the order confirmation date for an online sale or printed receipt date in store.
  •  Proof of purchase is provided with the return request.
  •  Product is unopened and not damaged. It must be in sellable condition.
  •  For products that are returned due to spoilage or due to the goods being unconsumable (i.e. “corked” wine, out of code product, etc.) the item must be returned nearly full. Do not empty the bottle.
