Domaine William Fèvre’s *Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy 2024* is an exceptionally focused, mineral-driven white Burgundy sourced from 1.12 hectares of estate-owned vines on the steep, south-facing clay-limestone slopes of the left bank of the Serein River, aged in a combination of stainless steel vats and aged French oak barrels to harmonize richness with chalky purity. Pours a pale, luminous straw-gold with brilliant greenish-silver flashes in the glass, it opens with a subtle yet precise bouquet of white peach, citrus confit, and acacia flowers, deeply infused with signatures of wet chalk, oyster shell reduction, and a touch of marine reduction. Rich, dense, and remarkably vibrant on the palate at 13% ABV, it delivers a generous core of ripe lemon, green apple tart, and mandarin orange blossom, seamlessly anchored by a stony, saline minerality and a firm, mouthwatering acidity.
