West Cork Distillers' Peat Charred Single Malt Irish Whiskey is a triple-distilled single malt, initially matured in sherry casks, then finished in casks heavily charred with peat harvested from the Glengarriff boglands. This unique finishing process imparts a smoky and slightly sweet flavor profile.
