After tahona crushing and open-air fermentation on native fibers, the wash is double-distilled in small copper stills for purity and balance. The unaged spirit bursts with fresh agave sweetness alongside subtle smoke, citrus peel and herbal undertones. Bottled at 42% ABV, it serves both as a sipping mezcal and a premium cocktail base, reflecting Oaxaca's living mezcal traditions.
