Often called Chile's First Growth, Viñedo Chadwick selects Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from its granitic, iron-rich soils in Puente Alto. Hand-harvested fruit is sorted berry by berry, cold-soaked for color amplification, and fermented in small-batch oak vats with daily punch-downs. Post-fermentation maceration extends tannin integration before pressing. The wine matures 22 months in 100% new French oak-two coopers, multiple toasts-to sculpt depth and nuance.
