Frédéric Sornin, Victor's dad, was one of the first winemakers in Beaujolais to completely convert to organic practices in the ‘90s and eventually to natural production methods. Their change in farming practices has been a boon to the quality of their wines, especially the Villages Naturel: a vin de soif that is fruit forward, easy to drink, and fresh on the palate.
