Distilled and bottled by St. Nick Spirits in Bardstown, Kentucky, this Straight Bourbon starts with a mash of corn, rye and malted barley fermented with house-cultured yeast. After distillation in a copper pot still, the spirit spends at least four years in new charred American oak, housed in the distillery's historic brick rickhouses.
