Hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, this 100% Pinot Noir is gently handled with daily plunging and aged in French oak barriques, including 20% new oak, with natural malolactic fermentation to build texture and depth. Garnet in color, it opens with aromas of earthy spice, bright cherry and dark berry fruit, red licorice, and delicate floral notes.
