Tottori Bourbon Barrel whiskey is the result of the competence and stylistic coherence of the Matsui distillery, with a tradition of over a century behind it. It is made in honor of the art of Japanese whiskey production and to the Tottori province, home of the distillery since 1910. It is a very limited artisan production that owes its high quality to clean and fresh water from Tottori's natural sources. Ages for 3 years in toasted oak barrels.
