Grapes from the Maule Valley. The soils are predominantly alluvial, with gravel and a significant clayey matrix. The vineyards are trained on a vertical trellis and pruned twice. Drip irrigation is essential to control the maturity and vigor of the vine. It is reminiscent of black fruits such as blueberries and red fruits such as cherries and raspberries, with sweet notes of vanilla and fresh tobacco. The palate has a good structure and medium body, with flavors of fruits, chocolate and coffee and a pleasant persistence.
