Medium-bodied ruby red. Fine, red berry bouquet with hints of blackcurrant, black cherry, sage and smoky notes. Firm and expressive on the palate; multilayered aromas of ripe wild berries, spices and a delicate almond note are flanked by velvety tannins.

For a Rosso, Ciampoleto has impressive depth and structure; the respectable finish leaves a soft cherry note with traces of liquorice and a salty vein.
