Crafted by Master Blender Usami Ken, these malts are aged in sherry and bourbon casks and finished in the prized Mizunara oak. The nose is softly peated with a touch of fruit and caramel and the mouthfeel is bright and lush with a medium puff of peat and spice from the Mizunara.
