Auslese meaning "select harvest", is even sweeter. The grapes are hand-selected and have noble rot. The nose is a touch earthy on this feather-light auslese, but the palate is chock full of juicy pomelo and lime flavors. It's a straight forward, richly honeyed wine glazed by a hint of caramelized sugar and a lacy, sugared fringe on the finish.
