Curvy white wine Chablis Premier Cru "Vaillons"has an amazing subtlety and complexity of flavor and aroma, which is achieved by determining the vinification. Chardonnay grapes used to create this wine, hand picked from the vines, aged 45-50 years. The berries are sorted, separated from the ridges and sent to the press. The fermentation wine passes in concrete tanks with an internal epoxy resin. Then the wine is aged in large old oak barrels
