Bottled by a small-batch producer in Bardstown, Kentucky, Rare Perfection is a nine-year-old bourbon distilled from a traditional corn, rye and malted barley mash bill. The spirit matures in char-level-3 new American oak warehouses positioned on limestone-rich soil, where diurnal temperature shifts drive deep extraction of caramel, toasted coconut and summer orchard fruits. Each batch is hand-sampled and proofed down with local spring water to preserve balanced aromatics of vanilla bean, dried apricot and baking spice. The moderately long aging yields a refined profile-rich yet approachable.
