PETER'S Blended Scotch Whisky Aged in " American oak barrels that contained Bourbon. The core attributes of Peter's whisky start with the fermentation of wort from peat-toasted malted barley. The malts are aged for 3 years, with their spirits distilled twice before aging in traditional American white oak casks. The blend, consisting of malts of different ages and twice-rectified spirits, is further aged according to the Scotch Whisky Regulations for 3-year-old blended whisky.

A well-defined blend of mature cereal alcohol with a hint of malted barley and a touch of peat smoke. It features fine, fresh, and well-balanced notes. The taste is silky with medium viscosity, evocative of oak wood and toasted malt smoke. The finish offers a pleasant sensation of blended whisky, smooth and free of harshness. On the nose, there are slightly smoked aromas with a dry peat flavor.
