The Tensei Distillery harnesses over 500yrs of tradition in Kagoshima. Centuries spent honing their craft and living in harmony with the splendid nature surrounding them have allowed them to produce traditional schochus of unparrelled quality for their value. This full flavored all purpose expression is made with local roasted Schooner 2-Row Barley and white koji that is slow fermented for 17 days. Atmospherically distilled in a single pot still and rested for 5yrs prior to bottling.
