Made totally naturally with no artificial colouring, Maya Pistola Agavepura is a craft 100% Agave spirit made from the Wild Agave Americana that grows in India's Deccan plateau. The highlands of the Deccan, with its rich, arid, red-black volcanic soil, is the perfect breeding ground for our blue-green AgaveAmericana to thrive.
Each small-batch has been blended to showcase the naturally-occurring variation in minerality expected from Wild Agave and to highlight the voluptuous notes from ageing the spirit in virgin American White Oak and ex-Bourbon casks.
