The grapes were harvested at full maturity and vinified without the addition of sulphites. The blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot creates a balanced wine that is approachable and fruity with smooth tannins. This is a very deep purple wine with a nose full of red fruit and black berries and a good long finish with lots of fruit. A great food pairing wine, try it with grilled meats or vegetables, stews and hearty dishes.
