Small-batch distilled and proofed down by hand, each barrel is charred to level 4 for deeper caramelization. Aged for seven years in the warm Kentucky heat, the casks are rotated weekly to encourage even maturation. The Lost Recipe delivers warm baking spice-nutmeg and ginger-on the nose, followed by rich butterscotch and crème brûlée.
