This elegant wine comes from the blending of two plots of Pinot Noir. One plot located between Savigny and Chorey "les Picotins" on a rich and deep soil, the other plot "Les Golardes" located at the top of the hillside facing due south. The blend of these two origins gives this Savigny Vieilles vignes a beautiful complexity and a lot of finesse. Particularly marked by red fruits, it presents a very pleasant freshness supported by a good persistence in the mouth. It is a tender and delicate wine, fine and perfumed, with already coated tannins. A proud representative of the appellation.
