Produced in Mexico from 100% blue Weber agave, Lo Siento Añejo Tequila follows traditional tequila-making methods that begin with harvesting mature agave plants from designated growing regions. The piñas are slowly cooked to release their natural sugars before fermentation and double distillation. The tequila is then aged in oak barrels for an extended period, allowing it to develop additional depth while preserving the character of the agave. Gentle notes of vanilla, oak, and cooked agave complete the finish.
