These casks were chosen for their gentle oak flavours and sherry rich sweetness to compliment the fruit character of the Kingsbarns spirit. On the nose, expect to find rich notes of treacle, sultanas and rich fruit cake with a long lasting finish of dried apricots, cake spices and roasted hazelnuts.
