Jean Pascal et Fils is a family estate in Puligny-Montrachet known for precise, clean white Burgundies. Their Bourgogne Chardonnay Cote d'Or is sourced from select plots near Meursault and Puligny. Fermented partly in stainless steel and partly in oak, the wine balances freshness with subtle creaminess. Expect lemon zest, green apple, hazelnut, and chalk-driven minerality reflecting the Côte d'Or's limestone soils.
