Couzou corresponds to the name of the plot. It is the only blended wine we offer. It combines the Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier grape varieties that are rarely found together in our region. The Marsanne dominant grape variety brings the body and the Viognier the length in the mouth. Roussanne, for its, part brings in a touch of liveliness which creates a very pleasant balance between the three grape varieties. Aging takes place in oak barrels and stainless steel vats over a period of 10-12 months depending on the year
