This red wine is from a low elevation gap that acts as a causeway for marine wind, resulting in a cool-climate, creating a more concentrated fruit flavors, accompanied by savory spice and bright acid. Pair with duck, roast pork loin, grilled eggplant and salmon. This bottled California pinot noir is 14.5% alcohol by volume.
