The 2021 Paul Jaboulet Aîné "Parallèle 45" Côtes du Rhône Rouge is a global icon of French winemaking. This release is a classic blend of Grenache and Syrah, reflecting a cooler, more "elegant" vintage. The nose is a vibrant basket of wild strawberries, raspberries, and cracked black pepper, while the palate is supple and juicy with silky tannins and a savory, garrigue-scented finish.
