Silky Chardonnay from the Ferret family vineyards at Domaine Guillaman, this is harvested at low temperatures and cool-fermented before maturation on the lees for several months.

Elegant on the nose with elements of autumnal green fruit and hints of sweeter tropical fruit, the palate is crisp and succulent, red apple, ripe pear and citrus to the fore with just a hint of honey and floral notes.
