The 2019 Garofoli Komaros shows ripe peaches in cream with notes of flint, white smoke, and a hint of lime. It floods the palate with fleshy ripe fruits, offset by saline-minerality with a gentle tug of brisk acids, and then finishes wonderfully fresh, vibrant, and sweet, yet perfectly framed by a tart citrus twang.
