Lustau's Solera Gran Reserva Finest Selection Brandy is a D.O. protected Brandy de Jerez produced from 100% Airen grapes. A blend of old brandies from the Houseof Lustau, it is aged at least 15 years in ex-Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks made from American oak using the traditional solera system. These casks themselves have held their respective sherries between 40 and 50 years, and haveimparted their essence into this phenomenal brandy. Intense aromas of dried plums,raisins and milk chocolate. Velvety mouthfeel. Burnt caramel and roasted nuts with black pepper and licorice in the finish.
