Evelyne is crafted in the traditional Méthode Champenoise method. This Brut Reserve is a cool climate sparkling wine with bright and crisp aromas of apple, pear and lemon with the subtle complexities of vanilla, and biscuit, toasty layers. It features nice concentration and a dry, refreshing finish that lingers on the palate. Great as an aperitif or pair with caviar, cured meats, and goat or gouda cheeses. 100% Chardonnay
