Etna Rosso Cauru by Torre Mora is bright and transparent ruby red. On the nose, it has aromas of blackberry, cherry jam, violet, rose petals, small red fruits, and even date, with hints of a rust-like minerality.

The palate features a nice freshness reminiscent of bergamot, lively tannins, and a finish of herbs and spices. A very versatile wine, it is perfect slightly chilled with arancine or with scacce ragusane.
