Eruptio 21 Arinto is a volcanic white wine from the Azores, specifically from Pico Island. It's made from the Arinto dos Açores grape variety, which is known for its high acidity and minerality, traits enhanced by the volcanic terroir. The wine undergoes fermentation and aging in French oak barrels, with a portion of the wine also aged on its lees, contributing to its complexity
