Coyam is Emiliana's flagship biodynamic red blend and one of Chile's most respected sustainably produced wines. Crafted from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards in the Colchagua Valley, the blend typically combines several Bordeaux and Rhône varieties to achieve complexity and balance. Aromas of black cherry, blackberry, violet, spice, and cedar lead into layers of dark fruit, cocoa, tobacco, and savory herbs. The finish is structured, elegant, and exceptionally long, with refined tannins and impressive depth.
