Made with manzanilla from Sanlúcar, in a microclimate made humid by the sea breeze from off the estuary of the Guadalquivir River. A delicate yet complex manzanilla, very dry and saline, gives a unique character to this vermouth. With a careful selection of botanicals, it is the ideal choice to add a touch of distinction to the finest cocktails.
