Delicious! Ripe red apples, pear, brioche, and toasted almonds - all balanced by a beautiful dry acidity and nicely structured bubbles.
Medium intense coloured, bright straw yellow with high viscosity. Aromas of apples and raisins, combined with some mineral notes. Full attack with firm mousse, then high acidity, less plumpness.
