Through the years PJ Rigney has taken many journeys. From the rural wilds of Drumshanbo to the mountains of Macedonia, to the Eastern Province of Zhejiang, China, where each of 12 intriguing botanicals were added to PJ Rigney's secret tabernacle. During his travels, The Curious Mind came upon the rustic Sardinian country village of Siniscola. The local people introduced him to the ""Sa pompia"" or Citrus monstruosa. The result of this discovery is a novel expression of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with subtle hints of Sardinian Citrus." Nose: Gunpowder tea with Oriental botanicals are complemented by bright notes of Sardinian Citrus. Palate: Delightfully fresh and rounded up front with refreshing notes of juniper and spice, followed by a burst of Sardinian Citrus.
