Fourchaume is one of the best known Premier Cru regions in Chablis. It is located just to the north of Chablis town on the eastern banks of the Serein river. Here, a favorable southerly aspect and high-quality limestone soils create a distinctive wine with rounded lemony flavors, white peach and grapefruit flavors. A classic Chablis that retains its fresh minerality.
