Domaine Chanson’s *Beaune 1er Cru Teurons 2024* is a pristine, organic-certified expression of Premier Cru Pinot Noir sourced from mid-slope clay-limestone and sandy parcels at the heart of the Beaune appellation. Pours a bright, translucent ruby-garnet with brilliant cherry-red clarity in the glass, it opens with an inviting and elevated nose of ripe dark cherry, wild raspberry, and crushed violet floral notes, harmoniously underlaid by subtle exotic baking spices, licorice, and a delicate touch of toasted oak vanilla. Brisk, structured, and poised on the palate at 13.5% ABV, it delivers a tight, focused core of sour cherry, wild strawberry, and crunchy red plums, supported by fine-grained, firm tannins and a taut, mouthwatering acidity that underscores its regional minerality and tension. It culminates in a long, spicy, and persistent finish that lingers with nuances of crushed stone, dried florals, and a deeper, savory edge pointing to exceptional cellar aging potential.
