An excellent Domaine bottled wine predominantly made from the following Rhone valley grape varieties:- 80% Grenache, 8% Syrah, 5% Carignan, 4% Cinsault and 3% Mourvèdre.
The average age of the vines is between 30 and 40 years old which help to produce a wine that is rounded and supple with warming spicy fruit flavours, to make it the perfect partner for spicy dishes.
