Covalli Gavi is a dry, Italian white wine made from 100% Cortese grapes in the Gavi region of Piedmont, Italy. It's known for its crisp, refreshing character with notes of peach, almond, and fresh hay. The wine has a straw yellow color with greenish highlights and a delicate, mineral-driven taste with a slightly salty finish.
