In 1972, after 11 years in Canada, Christian MOREAU returned to Chablis with his Canadian wife, Christine, and their three sons, Philippe, Patrick and Fabien. Under the guiding hand of his father Guy, Christian began to learn and master the art of winemaking.Fabien, a member of the sixth generation of the family to be involved in winemaking, obtained his National Degree in Oenology in Dijon and a Masters in Business Administration at the E.N.I.T.A in Bordeaux.He then went to New Zealand for a year to study the country's winemaking practices. In December 21, Fabien returned to Chablis and took over as Managing Director and Head Winemaker at the Domaine Christian MOREAU Pere et Fils.
