Our perfumed Ros? reminds us of the fleshy texture of roses, which we love. We collect medieval rose varieties, some of which are planted around the house, the others can be found in the medieval herb garden and walled ?potager?, inspired by the one that figures prominently in the romantic treatise Le Roman de La Rose.
