A classic, fresh Sauvignon Blanc with pale lemon color with green tints. Notes of peach, apricot, exotic fruits, gooseberry, citrus and mineral. A great balance between acidity and roundness. Nicely structured with a long, bright finish. A perfect pairing with shellfish, oysters, sushi, roasted chicken, porkchops and creamy cheeses.
