This is a very pure typical Sauvignon (1%) the white grape variety of Bordeaux. The wine is very pleasant, dry and fresh, to be enjoyed at any moment. Yellow straw coloured, very pale, its a clear and bright wine. On the nose, it is nicely aromatic, both floral and fruity. Direct and lively attack, giving a fresh and savoury wine. Delicious as an apéritif, with fish, sea-food, light meat.
