The varieties are vinified separately and blended in just the right amounts to
obtain the final cuvée. Total destemming, Fermentation in temperature
controlled stainless steel vats yields a wine with a pretty ruby color and fine
aromas of red fruits. In the mouth it displays a round and fleshy texture with
structured tannins and fruity flavors.
