CH Rousseau is a brand with a strong French connotation. Their vineyards located in the heart of Entre Deux Mers, between the Dordogne and Garonne rivers.
The grapes are harvested when ripe and destemmed. The juice is fermented in vats at a controlled temperature for 10 to 14 days. Tank matured and racked daily.
Tasting Notes:
Fine and elegant on the nose, reveals notes of fruits and spices, punctuated by a hint of vanilla. A sweet and full bodied wine to serve with red meats, game and cheeses.
