Today only the Ceretto & Scavino families continue the superior winemaking tradition their fathers had originally championed and together they farm just over 74 acres of Moscato d' Asti White Wine. This is a wine low in alcohol, that can be both enjoyed as an aperitif or as a dessert wine. This Moscato is produced in the Piedmont region of Italy. This white wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks until the alcohol level reaches desired level in which the perlage, or fizz, typical of Moscato is produced.
