Ceretto Barbaresco DOCG Red Wine aromas of crushed red fruit, tobacco, rose petals and white peppers. Full-bodied, this red wine is rich and flavorful with dried-strawberry, white-truffle and mushroom undertone. Expressing the hallmarks of Dolcetto, this wine is soft on the palate, with well-integrated acidity, nuances of cured leather, dried cranberries, fresh strawberries, licorice and undertones of roasted hazelnuts. After two years ageing in oak barrels and large oak casks, the blocks are then blended and balance is achieved.
